i dont know if you can actually call this time lapse photography since I dont think there is a real sensation of movement (aside from the clouds). i was really hoping to get the stars to move but i dont have a proper shutter release cable....but oh well its still cool too.
i got the name off of a reference to the film "Blood Diamond." Dia is the name of Solomon Vandy's (Played by Djimon Hounsou) son. In Krio it means "expensive." another piece of irony is that its the first three letters of Diamond....so its making a reference some how.
anyway the moon there looked like a huge diamond so thats what i thought i would name it.
